2. Main Information:
The MAX1300BEUG+ is an 8 channel, ±3 x VREF multirange inputs, serial 16bit ADC in 24 pin TSSOP package. The successive approximation ADC operates from a single +5V supply and achieve throughput rates up to 115Ksps. A separate digital supply allows digital interfacing with 2.7V to 5.25V systems using the SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial interface. Partial power-down mode reduces the supply current to 1.3mA.
Full power-down mode reduces the power supply current to 1µA. It has eight single ended analogue input channels or four differential channels. Each analogue input channel is independently software programmable for seven single ended input ranges [0 to (+3 x VREF)/2, (-3 x VREF)/2 to 0, 0 to +3 x VREF, -3 x VREF to 0, (±3 x VREF)/4, (±3 x VREF)/2, ±3 x VREF] & three differential input ranges [(±3 x VREF)/2, ±3 x VREF, ±6 x VREF]. All analogue input channels are fault tolerant to ±16.5V. A fault condition on an idle channel does not affect the conversion result of other channe.
