The TM050RDH03-41 is a 5.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display panel product from Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, without touch screen.
It features an operating temperature range of -20 ~ 70°C , a storage temperature range of -30 ~ 80°C . It's general features are following: WLED Backlight, Matte . Based on its features,this model be applied to Industrial, Portable Navigation, MID UMPC, MP3 PMP etc.
